Know When You Need A Plot Please

Hello! How long has it been since I’ve complained about Tom Clancy games? I feel like it’s been a while since a real proper whining. Blame @NEETproxy , he brought it up, maybe. I don’t quite remember how we got on the topic. We were talking about Splinter Cell Blacklist and I mentioned how at the end Briggs kills the Vice President or something. Someone of importance and he was like “What?” and I was like “Yeah, you don’t remember?” and he was like “I never finished it.” Oi! So here I am! You’re welcome.             So yes, to refresh, at the end of Blacklist the terrorist group you’ve been going after has taken overrr the Pentagon? The White House? I think the White House (correction, it's a secret bunker in Denver) and they’ve captured a high ranking person, whom I’m thinking is the Vice President (other correction, it's the Secretary of Defense), and are trying to get him to give up the nuclear launch codes (correction, it's uh, unclear? When is This?

I just wanted to write this real quick and talk about the Zelda timeline, Breath of the Wild timeline, Tears of the Kingdom timeline, anything and everything in between. Totally spoiler territory so don’t bother if you haven’t done much of the story stuff yet. I’m not finished the game by any means and something Impa just said has me a little reassured but these two games, BotW and TotK, have made a mess of the whole Zelda timeline. BotW always seemed to be the very end of the timeline, from my perspective, where the timelines converged due to landmarks, buildings and characters referenced spanned from each branching timeline but now TotK throws a whole lot of wrenches into the works. From what it appeared at the beginning of the game is that Zelda is transported through time to the very beginning of the timeline, somewhere before Skyward Sword which is at the moment “the first” in the timeline which would make TotK the end of the current timeline but also the first. Things get a littl

Finishing Up Pokemon Before TotK

Hello. Part of this was kind of planned for the last post and I took it out and the rest of it I wanted to do before Tears of the Kingdom came out but here we are. What I took out from the last post was having more PC issues. It was only about my headset at the time, I really don’t like wireless headsets, I’ve never had good luck with them but now there’s a real problem. For a while I feel like my motherboard has been going, half the USB ports just didn’t seem to work and I’d get warnings saying “USB power overload” or something and it’s like “What the fuck are you talking about?” Read some stuff online, never helpful btw, and people were saying to get a USB hub with it’s own power supply. Okay, did that, oh would you look at that, still happening. So I’ve just been putting up with it but I decided to buy a new motherboard the other week. I’ve had a new modular power supply sitting here next to me for like a year now, I bought it when I bought my newest video card but didn’t want to

I am so over of playing with randoms on Nintendo games man. I’ve still been playing a fair amount of Splatoon and the Splatfest festivities have started so I want to play as much as I can from now to next week (started this last week), which I don’t exactly have that much time to be honest (also have even less time then I thought). I’ve been struggling hard in Salmon Run and I don’t quite understand why. When I first started it a few weeks ago things were fine. Granted I just started and so the levels were easier but as I progressed I felt I kept up fairly well then at some point I hit a wall. I know I’m not good at Salmon Run but when I’m with people who have different color outfits and such I’m guessing they’ve had to fight a fair share of King Salmonids to get them and yet we’re still losing. I was like Profreshional +3 and just could not win. Demoted myself down to Profreshional and it still isn’t going well. Why? What happened? Splatoon is a mixed bag of players. It
